George,let's train your team.
This cohort is the same material I used to build the autonomous dev system behind Chipp (125,000+ AI agents, 14M+ conversations served). 3 weeks. 8 sessions. Your engineers walk out building agents, not just talking about them.
Hunter Hodnett
CTPO & Co-founder, Chipp
Started at THD in supply chain engineering. Came back to help build the internal coding bootcamp that retrained 290+ engineers. 3.5 years total. Shipped production systems at Reddit and Amazon in between.

Why This Matters for Your Team
AI-Native Dev Workflows
Most engineers are still copy-pasting from ChatGPT. This cohort teaches them to run autonomous agents that write, test, and ship code. The productivity gap between teams that get this and teams that don't is already massive.
From Theory to Shipped Agents
Every session has hands-on labs. By week 3, each engineer presents a working agent they built — not a slide deck. They leave with something real and the skills to build more.
Calibrated for THD's Scale
This isn't generic AI training. The instructor spent 3.5 years at THD and helped build the internal coding bootcamp that retrained 290+ engineers. He knows the tech stack, the pace, and the culture. The material is built for engineers operating at enterprise scale.
Week by Week
The Mechanical Picture
- 1From Attention to Agents — how LLMs work, tool use, and the agentic loop
- 2Context Engineering — CLAUDE.md architecture, skills, sub-agents, and compaction
Giving Claude Hands
- 1MCP — off-the-shelf servers, building your own, browser testing
- 2Autonomous Dev Agents — the self-healing pipeline, worktrees, multi-worker
- 3Product Metric Agents — scheduled queries, anomaly detection, automated insights
Ship & Showcase
- 1Customer Support Agents — persistent identity, per-user memory, escalation
- 2Project workshop + guest developers
- 3Final project presentations + graduation
Ready when you are.
