Act 1 · The agent platform
Domain experts build agents that run their businesses
- Therapists draft clinical reports. Teachers generate lesson plans. Companies put one agent everywhere their customers already are.
- One build reaches ten channels: web, WhatsApp, voice and phone, email, SMS, Slack, Microsoft Teams, API, embeddable widget, and MCP.
- Builders bring what they know. Chipp handles the models, the channels, the infrastructure, and the billing.
The turn
We rebuilt Chipp itself with autonomous AI developers
We are not a Silicon Valley company. We could not outspend or out-hire the coastal AI labs, so we made the bet they would not: we let our engineering team go and rebuilt the entire company on autonomous AI developers. Not copilots. Not autocomplete.
- Agents pick up tickets, write code, test it in a real browser, and ship it to production.
- Monitoring files its own tickets, and the agents fix most issues before a human ever looks.
- No pull request queue. No on-call rotation. Two founders, 20 to 30 production deploys a day.
We didn't augment the old way of building software. We replaced it.
Act 2 · Alchemist Cloud
The system that rebuilt our company is becoming a product
- Proven on us: our own revenue-generating platform has been built and operated this way in production since early 2026.
- Proven on them: another company’s legacy platform, rebuilt end to end in weeks by the same system.
- Launching publicly as Alchemist Cloud at ChippCon on October 29, 2026.
