The short version
Valor Victoria moves containers from US ports inland by rail for some of the largest retailers and manufacturers in the country. For six years it paid a team of 35+ engineers across the US and India to automate its workflows. More than $5 million later, nothing was usable.
In April, losing over $400,000 a month, Ashley stripped the company back to its founders and one engineer, and had Chipp build Victoria: an AI teammate that processes container data, writes partner integrations and ships changes the moment she asks.
