Kristian Freeman's AI assistant "Roman" runs 24/7 on his Mac, handling tasks through Telegram—managing his calendar, tracking 7,800+ financial transactions, updating his server config, and even requesting movies. Five days in and it's already become essential. The future of AI isn't chat, it's action.
🌶️ Open Claw is what Siri should be. It provides 24/7, mobile access to my computer. It can do anything a computer can do, including browsing the web, managing and using files, adding code for our site and more. Claude Now Works with Your Health Data
Anthropic launched Claude for Healthcare with connections to Medicare databases, health records, and medical coding systems. If you're a Claude Pro or Max subscriber, you can now connect Apple Health and Android Health data. For life sciences, new tools help with clinical trials, research papers, and pathology analysis. AI is getting real in healthcare.
🌶️ Expect fast progress on medical research on one hand and personal understanding of medical information. Unfortunately for most of us, we just need to exercise and eat healthy. Knowing more is helpful but not a habit changer.
Why Mid-Market Companies Are the Biggest AI Opportunity Right Now
Companies making $5M-$50M are stuck. Too big for simple tools, too small for enterprise consulting, drowning in manual work, with budget but no AI expertise. Damian Player calls this the sweet spot—and he's right. These businesses are ready to pay for practical AI help, but nobody's speaking their language yet.
🌶️ AI integration is shockingly slow. I spoke this week to a group of communicators and just showing them Granola and how AI can create proposals based on conversations was ahead of where they were. Anyone who wants to start a business with low capital should help businesses integrate AI.

One dental practice was losing $6K monthly from missed after-hours calls. David Roberts built an AI receptionist that answers 24/7, books appointments, and handles insurance questions using n8n and ElevenLabs. Similar systems sell for $24K/year. He's giving his setup away free.
