By using Chipp.ai, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Registration and Account
Users must register to access certain features of the platform. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities that occur under your account. Please report any unauthorized use immediately.
3. Use of the Platform
Chipp.ai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for facilitating payments related to Generative AI applications. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or breach of these terms can result in account termination.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are facilitated through Stripe Connect. Any disputes or requests for refunds should be made in accordance with our refund policy (if available).
5. Intellectual Property
The platform and its content, including all associated intellectual property rights, remain the sole property of Chipp.ai unless otherwise stated.
6. User Conduct
Users must not use the platform for illegal, harmful, misleading, or malicious activities. Any user found in violation of these rules can have their account terminated.
7. Termination
Chipp.ai reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by us.
8. Limitation of Liability
Chipp.ai and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
9. Changes to the Terms
Chipp.ai reserves the right to update or change these terms periodically. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
10. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes related to them will be governed by the laws of North Dakota without regard to its conflict of law principles.
