About the Speaker:
Shane Emmons is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Swept AI, a company he co-founded with Amy Fox in 2023 to help users understand the trustworthiness of AI systems. Swept AI identifies hidden patterns and biases that can cause AI applications to malfunction, alerting users proactively to prevent catastrophic issues.
Shane brings two decades of experience with machine learning systems and holds a Master’s in Computer Science with a focus on AI from the University of Michigan, where he also serves as an adjunct professor.
