Chipp Con 2025 Keynotes
In October we hosted over 100 people in Greenville, SC to share how they are using Chipp and AI to build the future of business and work. View all talks here.
Meet Alfredo
Alfredo Narez is a pro at turning big ideas into practical actions.
With a background in tech, brand building, and digital transformation, Alfredo knows how to help teams get more done with less stress.
At Chipp Con SC, he shared lessons on how anyone can use AI and digital tools to make work easier, teams stronger, and creativity feel limitless.
He shared his journey from teaching an AI how to talk in "Spanglish" to how enterprises like Coca-Cola are using voice on Chipp to reach customers. Watch his talk below 👇
What Is “Digital Transformation” Anyway?
Alfredo kicked off by saying digital change isn’t a one-time event. It’s something you grow into, one improvement at a time. No need for big words or scary projects. Instead, he suggested, look for little ways tech can help every day, like getting rid of annoying tasks or making things run smoother.
Tiny Steps, Big Wins
You don’t need to flip a switch and change your whole company overnight. Alfredo encouraged finding just one repetitive task to automate, like sharing info between teams or fixing a clunky spreadsheet. Suddenly, your everyday work feels lighter.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work With a Little Help from AI
One of Alfredo’s big messages was about teamwork. He showed how AI isn’t just for “techies”—it’s for bringing everyone together. Forget departments working on their own islands! When people share tools and talk to each other more (with a nudge from AI), work gets easier and ideas travel faster.
Sharing is Caring
Alfredo made it clear that teams who talk, share wins, and learn together have more fun and get better results. All it takes is one leader being open to new tools and suddenly everyone feels safe to pitch in and try new things.
Real People, Real Problems, Real Solutions
Throughout the session, Alfredo kept coming back to a simple point: AI is here to solve problems, not create more of them.
Saving Time for What Matters
He showed how everyday folks can use AI to sort emails, answer basic questions, or put reports together in minutes. That means less time stressing over little things, and more time for the stuff you actually love like helping customers or brainstorming new ideas.
Tools for All
No manual required! Alfredo pointed out that most AI tools are now designed so anyone can use them, whether you code or not. If you can use your favorite apps, you can start making AI your work buddy.
Good Leaders Make Change Less Daunting
Alfredo talked about the people side of trying new things. Great leaders, he said, don’t just talk about new tech. They jump in and try it themselves even if things get a bit messy at first. And they keep everyone in the loop so nobody feels left behind.
Try, Learn, Share
It’s not about getting everything right on the first try. Alfredo says it’s okay to ask questions, make mistakes, and keep learning as a team. That’s when real, exciting change actually happens.
Learning is a Journey, Not Homework
AI changes fast, but Alfredo made it feel less intimidating. He recommended picking small, fun ways to learn together like a five-minute demo, a quick team chat, or reading a helpful article during your coffee break.
You Don’t Have to Do It All At Once
Alfredo reminded us: nobody’s keeping score. Keep making small steps, support each other, and soon, new tech will feel like just another helpful part of your day.
Wrapping Up: AI is for Everyone
Alfredo’s big takeaway? Creator power and strong teamwork are possible for every industry and AI can help anyone, in any role, to work smarter and support each other. Start with small wins, stay open to learning, and invite everyone along for the ride.
